1. Overview of Our Service

Purchase Pal provides an AI-powered fashion shopping assistant. The App suggests clothing, recommends sizes, discovers products on third-party retail websites, and offers optional automated purchasing assistance.

Purchase Pal does not create, manufacture, store, or ship any products displayed in the App. All items originate from independent third-party retailers.

2. No Direct Sales

Users do not purchase items directly from Purchase Pal. All transactions are between the user and the third-party retailer selling the product.

Our role is limited to recommending items, redirecting users to third-party retailers, and assisting with checkout using user-provided purchase information.

3. Third-Party Retailers

• We do not guarantee product quality, accuracy, sizing, or availability.
• We are not responsible for shipping, delivery, packaging, or retailer customer service.
• All returns, exchanges, and disputes must be handled directly with the retailer.

4. Payments & Service Fees

If a user chooses to use our automated purchasing service:

• They authorize us to place the order with the third-party retailer on their behalf.
• They agree to pay our service fee unless they are on a subscription plan.

Payment data is processed securely by third-party payment processors such as Stripe. We do not store full payment information and are not responsible for unauthorized charges, retailer errors, or payment issues once processed.

5. No Liability for Product Issues

Because we are not the seller or manufacturer, we are not liable for sizing issues, defects, damages, shipping delays, inaccurate listings, or safety/compliance issues. The purchase contract is solely between the user and the retailer.

6. AI Recommendation Disclaimer

AI recommendations are based on user measurements, preferences, product data, and trends. Accuracy is not guaranteed. Final purchase decisions are the user's responsibility.

7. Limitation of Liability

Purchase Pal is not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages; AI recommendation errors; issues with third-party sites; transaction disputes; data loss; or unauthorized access.

8. User Responsibilities

Users agree to provide accurate information, maintain valid payment details, resolve product/shipping issues with retailers, and comply with applicable laws.

9. Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
